If you
would like to stay the traditional way, and therewith discover Hungarian customs "from inside",
we can welcome you in our family home in Bufapest, in the 15th district.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a large living room (which can also be
used for a room), a dining room, and American kitchen, an entrance, an office and a bathroom with a
toilet. On the first floor, we have 3 rooms, a large bathroom (with bathtub and shower), and an
independent toilet. All our rooms have double beds (and equipped with clean sheets and towels) and
closets.
We prepare a typical Hungarian breakfast for you each morning between 8h30 and 9h30. We
can however not make the kitchen available for you, as some of our guests have already requested.
To get to the city center, you may take the tram n°68 and then, the Metro 1, or simply take
a taxi which can take you there in about 10 minutes (for approximately 8 Euros)

Itinirary
by car:
You arrive into Budapest from Vienna on the highway M7.
Take the very left lane, direction PETÖFI HÍD (bridge Petöfi) and continue always straight ahead.
Cross over PETÖFI HÍD (bridge Petöfi) and continue towards OKTOGON - always straight forward.
Turn right on the avenue ANDRÁSSY. Keep on straight till HÖSÖK TERE (Heros' square).
You need to go around HÖSÖK TERE from the right, but keep on going straight: you'll cross
over a little bridge behind the square (on your right, you'll pass by the ice skating ring - or lake during
the summer).
Keep on driving straight, you need to cross over the park, and arrive to a red light at the
end of the park.
At the red light, keep on going straight, and you'll get on highway M3
Keep driving on the M3 TILL THE FIRST RED LIGHT (there is only one!!). It will take you about 5 minutes.
At the red light, turn right onto the street SZERENCS.
Continue for approximately 600 meters, cross a street where the tramway runs.
Keep on straight on the street SZERENCS.
The second crossing is rue DOMAHÁZA. Turn left, and go ahead till n°55.

You'll receive, at your arrival, a map of the city and a few useful brochures
We serve you a typical Hungarian breakfast every morning between 8h30 and 9h30 (fresh bread and
brioche, coffee, tea or hot chocolate, butter, home made jam and cold cuts)
If you come by car, you may park it in the garden
If you share with us your interests in Budapest in advance, we are pleased to prepare a list of
events (concerts, shows, etc) for you for the period of your stay.
We also propose a few payingservices:
Pickup from/to the airport - 24 euros per destination
Visit Budapest by car by night - 19 Euros (1 hour)
Have dinner with us in our home - 14 Euros per person
