If
you would like to discover Hungary and leave Budapest for a few days to rest, we suggest a stay in our
weekend house on the lake Balaton (the "sea" of Hungary, 80km long and 15 km large), 1h40 away from Budapest.
You may, like this, discover the favorite vacation area of all Hungarians.
Our house is located 5 minutes on foot of the shore, where you may swim, play, or eat Lángos.
You will also find a small grocery store just 200m away from the house.
But you may prefer to enjoy the cosy surroundings of our house, with its surface of more than 300m2,
on 3 floors, which is surrounded by a private tennis court (totally redone), a BBQ corner, an area where you may
park your cars, and last but not least, a brand new swimming pool.
The land is surrounded by pine trees and high bushes to ensure privacy, since it is located in the exact center of
the village.
Thetwo floors:
Main floor: a huge living and dining room (one may welcome easily 15 people for a sit down event), with an
American kitchen, an opening to the terrace, an entrance, separate washrooms, and two bedrooms, each with a private
bathroom (one with shower, the other with a bathtub, both with toilets)
First floor: two more bedrooms (both with their private bathroom - shower, and toilets) and another large
living and dining room with an American kitchen, and 3 smaller terraces.
All our rooms are equipped with closets, and a queen size bed (except for one on the main floor)
And finally, if you require, we may also make the base-floor available for you, where you'll find two
more rooms (with one bathroom to share) and an appartment for 2.
On the base-floor, you'll find our gaming area, with a ping-pong table, gaming tables and a small bar.
In a nutshell: 7 rooms, 6 double beds, 3 sing beds, 4 convertible sofas, 6 bathrooms,
7 WC, 3 kitchens, 4 fridges, ... enough to satisfy even the highest desires. All with high quality furnishings
et all required services (clean sheets, towels, ...) for an enjoyable stay in total autonomy.
The apartment is entirely cleaned and neated up by a professional cleaning lady before your arrival.
Our house is ideal for a visit for two large families (one by floor, if you wish), for several couples
or for a group of friends.

To make your stay
as comfortable as possible, we offer you the following services free of charge:
We offer you, at your arrival, a map of the area, and a few useful brochures.
If you arrive by car, you may park it inside the gates, if you wish, even if the residential area is really
quiet.
We provide you with clean sheets and towels for your stay.
If you share with us your interests in advance, we are pleased to prepare a list of
events (concerts, shows, etc) for you for the period of your stay.
