A completely redone
apartment, with two large windows, located 50 meters away from Vàci utca - the well known pedestrian street crossing
downtown Budapest. You'll find many restaurants, bars and groceries nearby.
You'll appreciate the high ceilings (4m50).
Our apartment is composed of a large room with, on one side, the bedroom, with a queen size bed, and a beautiful
antique chandelier, and on the other side, a dining corner, with a table, chairs, closet, TV, light, and an armchair. You'll
also find a separate kitchen, fully equipped with closets, refrigirator, a stove, a micro-wave, coffee machine,
kattle, toaster and dishes, and a large bathroom with shower, sink and toilets.
You have the option to open the convertible bed, for an extra accommodation.
During your absence, security is ensured by a double door and and alarm (if you believe it to be necessary)
and two gates to access the building from the street.
The price of the apartment varies, depending on the duration of your stay, as well as the
period of the year you chose: the price is between 40 and 50 euros an night for two people, all inclusive
(sheets, towels, cleaning) and 7.50€ extra for a third person.
The apartment is entirely cleaned and neated up by a professional cleaning lady before your arrival.

To make your stay
more comfortable, you may benefit of the following services, free of charge:
You'll receive, at your arrival, a map of the city and a few useful brochures
We can provide you with a Hungarian mobile phone during your stay. You can be called from your home country
for cheaper, and you may also call locally (taxi, restaurant, or us, if you are lost in town, etc)
If you don't make any calls, this service is 100% free of charge. If you make calls, the phone indicates
the exact amount that you need to reimburse us at your departure (cost of the minute of XX€ for calls within Hungary)
If you arrive by car, you may park your car free of charge for your entire journey in the garden of our
house, in the 15th district of Budapest. (The parking in the city center is very expensive and might be
troublesome and not always secure.)
If you share with us your interests in Budapest in advance, we are pleased to prepare a list of
events (concerts, shows, etc) for you for the period of your stay.
We welcome you with a bottle of fine Hungarian white wine in the fridge or a bottle of Hungarian red
wine on the table to wish you an enjoyable stay with us.
